Vendors Application Forms

Any vendor interested in doing business or exhibiting at this event should return the appropriate, completed application form as soon as possible. Space is limited! Applications will be accepted based on a first come, first serve basis.

Please submit the vendor fee in the form of a money order or cashiers check along with the completed application. Food vendors should also include a copy of the declarations page of their insurance policy.

The fee is non-refundable and space will not be reserved until the vendor fee is received. Please note that this is a rain or shine event.

Vendor spaces are approximately 10ft by 10ft. Tents are not a requirement but are strongly recommended.

The park only allows tents properly rented from park facilities. Sorry personal tents not permitted.

Upon receipt of your application and vendor fee, we will forward a confirmation letter. Once accepted you will be required to submit a certificate of liability insurance naming the Miami Overseas Chinese Association as additional insured along with the name and dates of the event.
